Ingredients (For the sauce):
2 tblsp oil (your choice of cooking oil)
1/4 cup chopped curry leaves
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2-3 chopped green onions
1 medium chopped green pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1.5 tblsp ginger and garlic paste
1 large thai chilli chopped
Soy / tamari source to taste
1 tsp coriander - cumin powder
1/2 tsp monk fruit sugar (or any sweetener of your choice)
Sriracha or any chilli source to taste
1 tblsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Recipe (For the sauce):
Heat 2 tblsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste, chopped thai chilli, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped green onions and salt to taste. Once the onions are cooked well, add coriander-cumin powder along with soy / tamari sauce and chilli sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp monk fruit sugar and 1 tblsp lemon juice. Finally, add baked cauliflower bites in the sauce. Mix and coat all cauliflower florets well with the sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes and then garnish with chopped cilantro.
